BodiBalance Dance Training unifies the interaction between the skeletal, muscular and neural systems in such a way that a dancer's mental, physical and emotional essences are rebalanced for optimum expression and performance. Each BodiBalance class focuses on active learning. You will gain tools for self-coaching by learning the BodiBalance Movement Principles, WarmUp and Theory. Apply these concepts to all your dancing. As you learn to unify body, breath and mind, old movement habits that create tension are replaced with healthier ones. Dance will no longer be hard work... it will be sheer pleasure.
