BodiBalance Open Classes

Beginner / Intermediate
Explore the essentials of the BodiBalance approach. One of our BodiBalance faculty will introduce you to the Floor WarmUp, Movement Principles, as well as exercises and imagery that BodiBalance encompasses. Take this new perspective into dance phrases that are fun and easy to learn. You can also take the BodiBalance approach into the movements of your daily life!

Jazzy Modern
Fun on-going classes for those entering or re-entering the dance world. Experience the freedom provided by the BodiBalance Floor WarmUp. Explore your body's potential for movement in the BodiBalance Standing WarmUp. Play with choreographic material emphasizing space, direction and rhythm. A great way to start your BodiBalance experience.

BodiBalance Lunch Hour Stress Release Class
Spend your lunch hour losing stress, weight and inches all at the same time. Begin to experience the release affect of the BodiBalance Floor WarmUp. Tone up without pain or misuse of your body. Dance a bit. Stretch a bit. What better way to move forward into your day with ease and grace?

Intermediate / Advanced
Refine your dance technique, improve your kinesthetic memory and optimize your performance. You learn to use the BodiBalance tools to coach yourself through challenging movement phrases in Ballet, Modern, or Jazz styles. You can also take these tools into your rehearsal/performance life.

Complete a BodiBalance Workshop and you can drop into any BodiBalance class. Intermediate / Advanced classes meet Tuesday and Thursdays from 2:30 - 4:00
